Our site in Starnberg is the headquarters of the Aenova Group.</p><h2></h2><p>Your key responsibilities</p><ul><li>Own, manage and design the evolution of the CRM system to meet business needs</li><li>Lead the development and implementation of efficient and effective CRM processes to ensure seamless customer interactions and data management</li><li>Develop and implement training programs for Sales, Business Management and Customer Service teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to effectively use the CRM system</li><li>Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure CRM system and processes integrate with other business systems and processes</li><li>Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure CRM system and processes are aligned with business goals</li><li>Build and manage dashboards within the system to track and monitor relevant KPI’s</li><li>Own data maintenance and clean up</li></ul><h2></h2><p>Your profile</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#x27;s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM and process development roles, preferably in a management capacity</li><li>Strong understanding of CRM principles, processes and technologies as well as customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience</li><li>Experience with CRM system implementation, customization, and integration</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams</li></ul><h2></h2><p>Your motivation</p><p>Are you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment?
