TASKS
- Contribute to the development of regular management reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual updates.
- Aid in enhancing and streamlining global compliance reporting
- Foster collaboration with local Compliance teams by sharing best practices and providing support and training
- Share responsibility for maintaining data quality and ensuring effective report development and delivery
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and create reports as required
PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law or a related field, with a keen interest in corporate law and compliance
- Experience or coursework in compliance, regulatory affairs, or corporate governance, preferably within the financial services sector
- Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office, including Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Office 365
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Cognos is advantageous
- Demonstrates high integrity and trustworthiness
- Possesses strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and quick to learn, with a proactive approach and adaptability to diverse environments
- Data-driven, results-focused, and innovative, with the capability to implement new digital workflows
- Excellent communication skills and adept at fostering strong working relationships
- Highly organized, with effective task planning and time management abilities
- Fluent in English, Proficiency in German is an advantage
