TASKS
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including preparation of meetings and workshops, alignment with key stakeholders, documentation of workshops
- Schedule and coordinate high-level meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
- Draft presentations, reports, and correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation with high attention to detail
- Act as the primary liaison between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders
- Support cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables
- Organize team events, off-sites, and leadership sessions as needed
PROFILE
- (Completed) Bachelor's degree and first experience in supporting senior executives or willingness to grow in this area, preferably in a technology or product-driven environment
- Ideally first experience in a global organization as well as a good understanding of product development, engineering processes, and operational workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools like Slack, Confluence, and project management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as hands-on mentality
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams
- Fluent in English (at least C1), German is a plus
