Job-integrated Master: TeamMate and Support Analyst (f/m/d) in Group Audit, Allianz

TASKS
Support day-to-day activities with a focus on accelerating the use of TeamMate+ within the Global Internal Audit Community, e.g. through driving data quality of system input via continuous reviews and guidance:
- Supporting set-up and maintenance of AI / GPT instance to reduce capacity for FAQ/generic requests from TeamMate+ user base
- Actively supporting the improvement of audit process and reporting steps by innovation and out-of-the-box ideas
- Testing of new releases and evaluation of new functionalities, incl. global roll-out management
- Implementing global methodology/process changes within TeamMate+
- Supporting further development, roll-out and maintenance of reporting capabilities of TeamMate+ (e.g. semi-automated management reporting, dashboard generation and visualization via PowerBI and/or AI capabilities)
- Supporting other TeamMate+ related projects as required
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, information technology, management information systems or comparable
- Affinity for technical work and tool support
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially MS Excel) and PowerBI knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp topics easily and quickly
- Self-driven, proactive personality and enthusiasm about developing/implementing new ideas, while having a realistic/practical outlook
- Reliable, accurate and precise way of working
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Team player with the ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures
- Experience in the field of Internal Auditing, data analytics, as well as with the use of Artificial Intelligence tools is a plus
- Very good English skills (at least C1), German skills are a plus
